Dear Students,
In response to the adjustment of the undergraduate dormitory residence policy, starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, students are required to reapply for dormitory residence annually. The Student Housing Service Division held the first briefing session during the Spring Semester 2024. The second and third sessions will be held this semester, and we encourage all students to participate and learn about the relevant regulations.
Target Audience
- Students newly residing in on-campus dormitories starting from the 2024/2025 academic year.
- Students planning to apply for on-campus dormitories in the future.

Second Session
- Date: November 26, 2024 (Tuesday)
- Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Location: 2nd Floor Lounge, Male Dorm 1
Third Session
- Date: November 27, 2024 (Wednesday)
- Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Location: 1st Floor Conference Room, Freshman Female Dormitory
Additional Information
- The briefings will be conducted in Chinese.
- English presentations will be provided on-site.
- Students may ask questions in English after the sessions.
